Fear
It's the second time you've seen me cry,
 My heart on your shoulder,
 As my body sighs.

 I shake with a cold,
 Impossible to warm,
Even as you make your actions bold.

 I want you there,
 To hold my hand,
And save me from what started my cares.

 My juvenile emotion,
 Triggered by the pain,
That resulted from a continuous notion.

 My mind lulls behind,
 To the yearned for time,
When those lived of my kind.

 Along the truth based facts,
I want my mommy there to hold my hand,
While my daddy carries me in his tracks.

 You have only just left,
 But I need your caress,
Sleep will not come unless you sedate me with your meth.

 Fear strikes my thoughts,
Tugging my spine to a deepened bow
As I cry for what I sought.

A fantasy world is hard to withhold,
 As the fear sets deep,
And the provisions for my mind are going cold.
