The Claus Conspiracy MAG
I was so betrayed,
For I had been played,
Like a pawn in theirscheme.
They told me, it was all him.
They told me, hebrought the packages of lies and deceit,
All so perfectly wrapped withfolded paper and ribbons.
They lied to me.
The world liedto me.
Every mall in America just a hall of deceit,
when "the Season" is in the air.
The fakeSantas with bad breath and soiled suits.
The strings holding their beardsto their maws glistening
in the falseillumination of the Christmas lights.
Some malls that were reallycreative
even came complete with fakelist, sleigh, and elf.
Odd how those elves bear theappearance
of a bitter, burned-outpre-law student from the local community college.
If you're lucky the listcomes with large letters
 and otherincomprehensible scribbles after it.
It is a conspiracy.
Athreat to decency,
I'm talking about the Christmas morning you find...
your parents eating the cookies and milk!
