The Fusion

The fusion
Of the music
Creates illusions
Inside
And outside
Of myself and I
And the outer world
We never did collide
But today
Something happened
Felt some sort of engulfment
It softly dampened
My throat as I swallowed
This unusual feel
This foreign tune
A melody unreal
My body suddenly felt
In harmony
As the changes swirled and buzzed
All around me
Dizzy I might be
But completely intact for sure
I understand now
I found the cure

Amazing! It made my think of my first band class my freshman year when the strings and the winds and the percussion all played together. FABULOUS!
