Winter MAG

   you are the winter

the cold darkness

and endless monotony

of blanketed snow

beside railroad tracks

given shape

and mind

and somehow made warm

with heart and body

if coldness could comfort

if bleakness could reassure

then you would be winter holding me

keeping the gray sky at bay
