You unlock this door with the key of imagination. Beyond it is another dimension - a dimension of sound, a dimension of sight, a dimension of mind. You're moving into a land of both shadow and substance, of things and ideas. You've just crossed over into the Twilight Zone.

A city is an apple.
Fresh and crispy on the outside,
But is perforated by society’s worms on the inside.

As slow as melting wax vanishing into oblivion,
The sheen red apple browns and a once perfect sunrise is condemned to eternal night.

This poem is about comparing corruption in a city to a rotten apple.
