Ode to Man's Best Friend
A dog is a dog,
A mutt still a mutt.
Yet there’s so much more
Behind it. But what?
No matter how dumb
They may seem at first glance,
Still all they want
Is a second chance.
To love and be loved
For their doggy smiles
An let their fun walks
Last for miles and miles.
So bury your face
In their silky fur
They’ll ward off intruders
With one simple grrr.
Feel safe and relax
‘Cause long as you’re near,
They don’t need anything else
To know home is here.

He's all I need.
All that I do
Is give him feed.
I love my dog.
And he loves me too.
You don't have a dog?
Get one. Or two. ;)
