The low rumble of the tractor
Makes my heart skip a beat
I look out my bedroom window
And sure enough there he is
Going by on his big green tractor
My friends are in love with
The jocks and skaters
And I’m in love with a country boy
From his car heart’s to his boots
From his Ford to his Deere
That rumble is all I can hear
