Your family wants you to be yourself
But always stops you from it
They rip and tear at your self steam
Until some how they help it
They make you mad and make you cry
But sometimes heel the pain
They make you strong to tear you down
But also build you up
They question your intelligence
Until finally you’ve had enough
You can’t tell which side their on
Then you think
And when you do
You realize
They want what’s best for you
