The Wrath of Night
Chaos of water,
Spitting with rage.
Winds roaring like a
Trapped beast in a cage.
Torrent of screaming,
Shrieking cold air.
Thunderous droplets
Filled with despair.
A horrific crack
Erupts all through space.
Ten million cannons
Sounding in place.
Worn and aged trees
Groan deeply and shake.
Trembling with terror
They tremble and quake.
Black murderous clouds
Churn as they storm.
Swirling dark masses
Of intimidating form.
Uncontrolled force.
Earth's raving child.
Beautiful and glorious.
Ferociously wild.

Favorite Quote:
To love, to be loved. To never forget your own insignificance. To never get used to the unspeakable violence and vulgar disparity of the life around you. To seek joy in the saddest places. To pursue beauty to its lair. To never simplify what is complicated or complicate what is simple. To respect strength, never power. Above all to watch. To try and understand. To never look away. And never, never to forget.”
