the greatest thing you'll ever learn is just to love and be loved in return - Moulin Rouge

we accept the love we think we deserve - the perks of being a wallflower

The smell of
Glistening white waterfalls
Red as blood rose petals
Sweet grass glazed over with morning dew
A great big plain where cows go moo
Wild flowers growing here and there
The succulent taste of a juicy pear
A baby’s laugh, like chimes in the wind
A child’s eyes, secretly hiding a grin
Fluffy clouds in the sky, pure white cotton
Orange leaves falling to the ground, in the autumn
Rain falling down with a pitter patter splat
And never having to worry about gaining weight, or being fat
These things make up innocence
This and so much more
Fragile and untouched hope
But one day they’ll see the truth
And sooner or later learn to cope
