Prayer of Broken Mirrors
She hums beneath moonlight, and dances in rain
She kisses the sunshine, and smothers your pain
Her breath blue with summer, and skin white as snow
Hair like the wind, and a smile that glows
She laughs with the trees, and forty winks with the grass
She’s come to your arms, to love you, alas
You’ll find her in the mountains, with the unheard prayers and dying dreams
She’ll tie your life together, love your stitches and mend your seams
Life will grant you joy, as it doubtlessly will fund your tears
Remember me my friend, in my prayer of broken mirrors
