A cool wind and a salty taste,
Off in some place i cannot trace.

Boats rock on a quiet coast,
In this strange world I covet the most.

An open sea and high reaching hills,
In an unfamiliar land,
With an indescribable thrill.

A quaint town with winding streets,
Where the rain trickles with peculiar beats,
Where it falls down gently in light little sheets.

An open sky with a limitless feeling.
Until I spy the drop down ceiling.

And then reality sets back in,
And I cannot silence the ceaseless din.

My cool wind and salty taste,
Exists only in the mural
Of Mamma Roma's pizza place
