Creeping up to the door Taking one last look at the empty road Hushed by the squeaky door Walking inside up to the stairs Climbing carefully Quieted by a whisper Stricken with horror by the man with the knife Silent screams heard on empty streets Gasping for one last breath Taking one last look at the empty road Splattered blood upon the floor Smiling above his victim Rocking slowly in his chair Sharpening his blade Waiting for new blood Rising for new death Taking one last look at the empty road Screamed Slashed Silenced.
