That laughs at the brittle branches of the lemon tree
Whose masses of oranges outweigh the meager spots of yellow
That gives birth to a smile and not a sour-face cringe
Whose taunting and teasing makes the lemon tree sob
The lemons come raining down, plummeting the innocent grass
While an orange falls
While an oranges falls with a graceful dance
While it dances haughtily, slowly descending, till it lightly reaches the ground
Now they are beside each other
One must decide between the firm ball of orange or the soggy yellow shape
And then the judge arrives
Fingers eagerly clasp the arrogant one, the arrogant fruit of the…
