As the dust rolls by and children cry
Why?
The little girl doesn’t want to cry.
The men and women lose their kids
As the separation at the gates begins…
Why the women cried,
Please that’s my daughter
Why?
So you think that taking my children away is the right thing to do?
I don’t understand
As the dust rolls by and the children cry
The cuts and bruises show more than the dark, night sky.
