The Wilt of Love
Our love was like a flower
 Pulsing with new life
It bloomed with all the loveliness
 That flowers so often posses
 But like all flowers
 Someday they must wilt
 And now it is gone
 Flowers have no memory
But our love will forever be
 Locked into my heart
 Memories all I see
And when my eyes see you once again
I will smile as I remember
All the days we ever shared
 Long gone
Like petals Blowing in the wind
