"And don't hate us because we choose to have courage and be different. Because courage is hard to come by now a days and I for one like the Idea of being courageous like a hero as does he." -Mikayla Cassandra Moats

Tears are shed
For a teenager long lost
A girl whose life was upsetting
Her death unexpected
We watch her rot
In the silent Christmas night

Broken heart
Dreamless nights
Never believing
Even what she’s seeing

A troubled mind
And a troubled heart
Make a troubled soul

So as we watch Trouble rot
We worry that’d be us
Adolescents are too troubled
And to find her dead
They blame themselves
Or worse
They blame her
