Flying With The Birds
Death came and gone
Taking the soul of someone
I grew attached to her
I remember all our moments together
Her soul has gone away
Seeing life another way
Her sands simply poured out
Happy now, I wouldn't doubt
She is someone I never liked
But what we shared had great height
She just had to go
Leaving the love she always showed
I cannot she forever left
Even after she was taken by death
Her presence is something I can't see
But I have the comfort of her with me
I saw as she said her last words
"Soon, I'll be flying with the birds"
She went in away I cannot speak of
Of course, that is because she is the one I will always love
