The Lights Within

Multi-colored love
a sweetness divine
a rich treasure trove
the colors aligned
a pop, a crunch
bring on the taste
when i see the bunch
i wish to make haste
and consume that morsel
of royal delight
it makes my torso
burst through with light
but, alas, i'm resigned
to a horrible fate
for to my knowledge i do find
that for a tasteful color i'm to late
