Days go bye
People die
I find a tear in my eye
You were there when I was young
I was your pride
I was your world and you were my sun
I stayed with you everyday
And when I'd wake up you would say
I love you each in every way
So please know
I will never let you go
I'll sit by your bed and hold your hand
I'll give you my legs when you can't stand
I'll kiss your head when it is shiny and bear
I promise you I will always be there
And someday I hope you find peace
And our whole family will all be at ease
