Almost Perfect World

Slipping out of reality
And into the darkness,
This world cant be real,
But I swear theres a likeness.
In this strange world,
Its a wonderful sight,
Yet it doesnt feel complete
But how is it that everything seems right?
In this dream world of mine,
Theres no hurt, theres no pain,
No broken hearts, its like
Someones washed out the stain.
Yet theres still something missing,
That sends my dreams all askew.
I search but cant find it,
I wake up and realize its you.
