Might Not We Walk
Might not we walk down the beach together.
Away from the sunken n drawn weather.
And allow the tranquil night to conquer.
Our sorrows that have gone more grim than ever.
Might not we complement the still night with a dance.
And draw melodies in the gathering romance.
While see-sawing waves lick the golden sands.
Can't we two love-birds steal a glance!
Might not we churn the embers of our love-tinged thoughts.
And chase the melancholies away from our hearts.
Along with caressing winds, moon-bathed seas n shining stars.
Let's linger on till the sun rises n moon falls.
