Dear Recycling Bin
Dear Recycling Bin,
I have noticed lately
That you are rather empty
You are getting passed by
On the way to the trash can
Piles and Piles of paper
That could have been recycled but,
Are being thrown into landfills
Oh, dear recycling bin, if only people knew
That their ticket to ending global warming
Is in their hands
If only people knew that millions of trees
Are being cut down each day
When I think of the future
I think of two roads we can take:
The dangerous path and …
The eco-friendly path
And it is up to us humans to pick a path
Hopefully we pick the path that leads to you, recycling bin!
Your Eco - Friendly Fanatic
