For Young Girls
For Young Girls
Four young teen girls
Trapped in emotional swirls
Each living a nightmare every day
All from broken homes in a different way
Forced to grow up so fast
Quickly learning that love never lasts
All they have is each other
Always depending on one another
Always looking for what is real
Never knowing how to feel
Looking for some stability
But only finding probability
Always up and ready
For things to be steady
Always question why
And sometimes beginning to cry
Never finding answers
Always finding only questions
Four young girls
With only each other.
