The turquoise pool rose up to meet us,
The calm metronome of waves quietly splashing on land.
the great blue sky with its majestic clouds,
The warm breeze caressing our faces.
Farther we journeyed in,
taking in the beautiful scene
which seemed straight from a postcard.
We reached our destination, the time was now,
the wall headed toward us, I felt no fear.
I braced myself and took one last glance at my friend,
and then we were swallowed whole.
