Alone...
I'm a thousand miles away
From the place that I called home.
Yet everywhere I go I see your face,
But still feel very alone.
There's a sharp pain in my mind,
An aching of my heart.
I wish I could just stop time,
And reverse the day we had to part.
I hear your soft voice in the air,
An eerie chill runs down my spine.
But then I find that you're not there,
It was all just in my mind.
My heart starts racing fast,
My palms begin to sweat.
All good things never last,
But I still cherish the day we met.
I turn around and begin to run,
Trying to find my way back home.
I still remember and feel your love,
Now I know I'm not alone...
