Primordial Birth
I slowly drifted down beneath the bubbles that floated to the top
I was surrounded in a world of blue water
I was in their home
I was the invader
Fish darted away leaving a flash of light in the water
All was at peace
No sounds
No stress from the world on the surface
Surrounded in warmth
A warmth that felt comfortably familiar
A warmth that felt at home
I was back where I started life
Yet staying too long could end it
Back to my primordial birth
