Drunk
Tippidy tap tap tippidy tap
he put his foot on the brakes and then a slap
towards the girl who couldn’t bear a single laugh
the one so near yet he still couldn’t have
Tap too tippidy tap tap too
He looked her over with a look of devilish crude
as if to open her so she may be pale and nude
and find the angry humor when she tried to elude
And then a tip tap tip tap tip tip--
the wheels never stopped but their bodies did
in the shallow sea, under a navy blue bridge
their love hanged on nothing but fragile little sticks
