Die Another Day
The world spins all around me
I feel as frozen as I ever could be
One day I will have to accept
That there is no place to where I can flee
But nothing can sweep my breath away
Let me sit and pray
Break my heart, break my bone
I will die another day
The stars are low but I still can’t reach
A smile is nothing that they can teach
Devils have come to take me home
On the verge of death I hear a screech
’Cause nothing can sweep my breath away
Let me sit and pray
Break my heart, break my bone
I will die another day
Once again I’ve survived the pain
I could lose and I could gain
Yet another weary day
Standing alone in the rain
And nothing can sweep my breath away
Let me sit and pray
Break my heart, break my bone
I will die another day
In my backyard I see my grave
Lying inside is someone brave
The light of truth will never forget
What I took and what I gave
In the end I’ll have to pay
And start a new life far away
Break my heart, break my bone
I have died the other day
