Head throbbing
Heart breaking
Eyes watery
Can't stop shaking
I'm alone in this world
With no help at all
I'm trapped by the confusion of love
And no one will catch me when I fall
Hiding my emotions
Acting like nothing's wrong
Smiling and laughing with people
But cry when I hear a sad song
I pray for the pain to leave
But people just make it worse
No one knows that I'm struggling
And they don't know how bad it hurts
