Fading Away
I’m fading away
What’s left of me is little
Soon there will be none
All those angry hateful moments
Have taken away part of my soul
Left me with nothing to hold on to
You can’t see me as clearly
The lies and pain have made me disappear
To where no one knows
People have made me invisible
To everyone but you
But now I am fading from you to
My voice is no longer heard
I am covered by a cloud
All that is left is an empty silent shell
You have done this to me
You will feel the emptiness
The silence you have caused
I’m fading away
Every moment, every day
Now at the end there is none.
