Sinking Beneath the Waves
I feel like the moon in the early morning, when the sun scatters its waves.
The moon adrift on those waves like a forgotten raft at sea.
The sun so bright that the mystery and romance of the moon is forgotten.
So the moon quietly hangs in the sky and politely retreats behind the skyline to return to its spot light and then drift under the waves once agen.
