I'm A Siren
It seems we go for miles and miles around each other
Never touching, like distant constellations
Distant stars that shine at one another
Do you see me shining? Do you hear my siren?
I’m wailing down a busy street
Walking running stomping my feet
Trying so hard to catch up with you
But I don’t know where you’ve gone
Are you somewhere in this empty space
Are you out there alone?
Because I think I am alone
I seems like I am still alone
And I swear this isn’t modesty
It seems like there’s nothing I can do here
And it seems like this is honesty
