no more tears
What is on your mind dear?
My sweet
Why are you crying, don’t be afraid
Your body trembles with fear at night
You softly whimper in my arms
Hush now my dear
I feel your fragile body, broken and bruised from abuse
Your beautiful pale skin scarred with pain
Tears of blood rain down your face
It hurts to see you suffer
You fear your father, the beatings you endure
Isolating yourself from your emotions
Does your cutting help, can it stop your pain
You say all is lost, that no loves you
You surround yourself with hate
I can’t stand by anymore
I pull you from the hate, tearing you from the darkness
It’s time to mend your wounds, but you won’t be alone
I’ll always be there to lift you from the hate
My sweet dear
I see now, the love in your eyes
No more pain, no more suffering
Let go of your pain
You scream, never again
