Healing Depression
This is for the people.
who have gut-wrenching feelings
and a broken heart,
Who have the feeling from the start,
there is is a word for this disturbing piece of art.
Its a happiness-eating obsession.
It is known as depression.
There's a way to heal the obsession, with several simple sessions.
On several occasions,
your brain needs persuasion.
Tell yourself that you're happy,
it may sound a little tacky
or a little lame,
and you feel like it's putting you to shame
Say the words "I'm Happy" for several days, several times.
Eventually your brain will take the hint and explode with magical rhymes.
You probably think I'm crazy
for giving advice that's hazy.
Happiness is the only way to get rid of the heartless obsession.
Trust me, I was a victim of depression
