Working hard all day,
Light does not shin through here
Hot and sticky all day
Today you can not hear

Light does not shine through here
Air as think as day
Windows are nailed here
Breathing hard…today

Hot and sticky all day
Life has lost meaning here
Sweat slides away
All down my face here

Today you can not hear
Tears day after day
No longer able to hear
Working a long day
