Trees

Trees are beautiful and tall
they sway in the summer day
but I hope they do not fall
there was a windstorm in may
when a big tree fell on the ground
and smashed a pile of hay
in the fall leaves fall all around
until they cover the forest floor
and there you walk and here that crunch sound
in the winter trees stand moor
and on their branches a light snow
which people see on a short walk outdoors
in the spring the trees begin to grow
during this time the world becomes greener
and the leaves rustle in the wind as it blows
