The War inside of me
September 21, 2008
I am losing this battle
at every moment.
My lungs seem to rattle
and I can't vent
My vision blurs
my speech slurs
yet I try
to let that pass by
to become fit
and not to quit
I black out
I fall about
I swear I'm not a lout
I just found out
My blood pressures alittle bit high
and if I don't get it treated it could be bye-bye
I'm getting older
and still having to be younger
My hands ache
My heart quakes
and yet I still try
try not to die.
