I question why I bother with you
is it even worth it anymore?
I’ve given all I have to you
but I’ve gotten nothing in return.
I’ve loved you with all my heart
but I have gotten nowhere.
I always just go back to the start
because you never seem to care.
I try to tell you how I feel
as if it would make a difference.
I try to show you my appeal
but to you I’m just a nuisance.
