Baby let's keep hiding
Keep secrets
Speak softly,
You be the hunter
I'll be the rabbit.

Shoot me down,
Take out my heart.
Use the rest,
Leave me an empty shell
Of the softest fur.

I wind up on a strange man's shoulder,
Keeping him warm
In the coldest of winter.
While you climb
Through the thickest thorns.
You be the hunter
I'll be the rabbit.

You're tangeled,
I'm lost,
We're torn.
Maybe we don't want to be found.
You be the hunter
I'll be the rabbit.
