Parents need to learn that we grow up as time goes by, and eventually we will leave like a butterfly. As if we had a pair of wings to help us soar high, and when that time comes..its time to say goodbye. Not forever..don't worry that I would never. Very often I will come near, to reassure youI will always be here. Growing up doesn't mean to leave; but that my love you will still receive. It's hard to accept..I know..but you were the ones to give me my glow.

I wrote this poem to describe what happens when kids turn into teenagers. It's often hard for parents to understand that we grow up and have to face the word just like they did. This poem also explains that even though we grow up our love for them never vanishes and we are here to stay even if we are somewhat far away.
