a car crash ending a life
a child’s birth
a new year
slipping in
a thousand things can be
thought in
five seconds
this is the end
at last, victory!
no.
a hundred things can change
in
five seconds
defeat to triumph
life to death
nothing to everything
and now
all we have
is
five seconds.
