A new day dawns,
New tears, new songs,
Another struggle up hill again
Once more I wonder if I can win
This game of life we all play,
Each time we wake to another day.
A new day dawns
New smiles, new symphonies,
Another chance to shine
Today I know that I can win
This game of life we all play,

Both misery, and bliss,
Because we’re simply pawns trying to win
