Happy in the Rain
I'm going to be happy in the rain,
I'm not going to cry anymore.
I'm going to stop pushing people away,
And I'll open up my door.
The storms are still coming strong,
But I've dried all my tears.
No lightning or hail will scare me,
They are no longer any of my fears.
I'm going to fully embrace the wind,
And let it blow my hair.
And I'm not going to pay attention,
To all the ones who stare.
This weather will soon pass,
And flowers will begin to grow.
I'll just keep my smile on,
And prepare for the weather tomorrow.
