I whispered an open secret,
And never again would I repeat my past.
Everyday I have restless sleep
With silent screams that always last.
My dreams, I knew
were incredibly stale.
So were my smiles
that set sail.
But alas, this sweet sorrow
never let me have my way.
I felt as if buried alive,
With poisoned words that I say.
Turning away was my only choice
Trying to run from the blood bath
