Building the Pride of Colossus Rhode

I sustain representation for freedom;
Building me for celebration of the Victory of Rhodes,
I am Colossus Rhode.
I am 12 years of secure, sacrifice, and sweat;
Standing 98 ft tall,
I am Colossus Rhode.
I rise tall for the hard working people who created me;
My skin glistens, sacrificing bronze.
I am Colossus Rhode.
Suddenly silence;
I feel the dry sand beneath my shiny feet crack.
I am Colossus Rhode.
As I fall and scream “Farewell to the Ancient World”;
The earthquake rumbling me away,
I am no longer Colossus Rhode.
