A Powerful Vitality

There it goes again-
Speeding on by
The heartbeat pounding-
The squeal of the tires
As it races on by
Both purring-
As they gain speed
Not looking back-
They fade into the distance
Bounding, pounding, sounding-
Like a powerful vitality
Its paws strike the ground-
Its wheels turn up dust
Its engine comes to a stop-
Its pounding heartbeat lessens
