Botany
Today I was wandering in the woods,
Lost.
I'll find a way home,
Maybe…
You can hear the trees cackle,
Stop.
Ominous all the noise becomes white.
Commentary has siced.
Walking in circles… feels, like, forever.
Excuse me?
Oh,
Um, wow.
Hello?
My bright green eyes widened,
Seeing him for the first time.
It feels like all butterflies,
That had once surrounded,
Flew into my cavity of a stomach.
As I look to the others,
His colors are so much brighter.
I ask,
“When others fall how do you stand so tall?”
“When the days are sullen, how are you so vibrant?”
Everyone else seems so bland.
You are so different,
I like different.
