Ode to My Phone
Everyday you wait for me to play with you,
waiting quietly as I check
If you was full of life.
Skin black like the darkness of the night sky.
I spare every minute, every hour
with you. You’ve been through the good
and the bad with me,
In the hospital of my brothers death,
In the warm sand of the coastal beach.
You wait quietly in my pocket as a prison inmate,
trying to get out as if I was your man
And you was my lover.
And you help me with everytime,
I asked you the hardest question,
you’ll always give me the answer as if you nevered tired.
As I check if you still had life,
you’ve only little life left to play with me.
I've seen your face started to darken,
Then I heard “goodbye” when checked,
you was pitched black as if you had died.
I'll wait for you in the and check if you are full of
life but till then farewell my friend.
