I've got tears
I’ve got tears
Walking all over me
Watching out
To make sure the people around me
Are still breathing
Waiting until after dark
To take a breath of my own
The tears
They’ve been here for so long
That it seems so difficult to tell a difference
Between the happy
And the sad
I’ve got tears
Walking all over me
And I’m waiting for them to fall
From the apples of my cheeks
To the deepest parts of my chest
Suffocating almost
I’ve got tears
That never seem to go away
